Once the site of Clearview Hospital—where “sick folks got well”—this place was anything but a sanctuary. Built atop the ruins of Edwin Hills’ infamous asylum, the facility masked horrors behind polite smiles and medical promises. Desperate doctors, demonic rituals, and tragic souls all left their mark on these walls.

your team must show up at "call time" which is always 30 minutes prior to your game time

*If you and your team are more than 15 minutes late from your game call time, your game is not guaranteed and late teams do not qualify for refund or reschedule (regardless the reason)

*cancellation policy & reschedules* : you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel 24 hours before your game time or have written proof of inquiring a refund emailed to info@escapehotelhollywood.com

Age Restrictions

children under 5 years old are not allowed inside the escape rooms

*age 5-13 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult at all times during their visit and during the game inside the escape room ( waiver needs to be signed by adult as well)

*age 14-17 can play without adult supervision as long as someone over the age of 18 is present to sign their waivers in person at the front desk during check-in.
